The International Leadership Center trains current and future leaders and managers in business, government and civil society.

ILC is a non-profit training center dedicated to helping organizations and individuals improve their performance through tested training programs. Training specialties of ILC include leadership and effective management skills development, increasing cross-cultural capabilities, and special services.

IBI Consulting joined forces with the Management Training and Development Institute (MTDI) to create this non-profit affiliate. MTDI has three decades of leadership, management and cross-cultural communication training experience. More than ten thousand participants from 123 countries have attended workshops and programs in the U.S. and abroad.
