Tailored Services for Cross-Cultural Preparation

In addition to training and assessment programs, the International Leadership Center (ILC) provides cross-cultural training and development services tailored to specific client needs. Clients may schedule these at various periods in the individual's activities, for example:

• Participate in individual on-line or telephone discussions/coaching as desired.

• Prepare for re-entry to the home country.

• Prepare family members for new assignments here or abroad.

We have the background and resources to develop cross-cultural programs to meet client requirements, including diversity and gender mainstreaming. If you have a specific need, contact us to explore training options.
